Check-in / check-out
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Before your arrival, you will receive instructions that we kindly ask our guests to read carefully.
Public transport
Public buses in Iceland are called Strætó and have the colour yellow.

Laundry service
There is a laundry service called Úðafoss in only 5 minutes walking distance.
House rules
All the Old Charm apartments are non-smoking.
We kindly ask you to take your shoes off but please use the slippers if you like
Please respect your neighbour by not playing loud music or making loud noise between 23:00 and 08:00
Please help us keeping our apartments in good condition.
Apartment facilities
Our apartments include fully-equipped. kitchens, satellite TV, Wifi connection throughout the apartment, bed linens, towels and street parking.
Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is 14 days before the arrival date. Within the 14 days, we will charge for the stay.
When making a non-refundable booking we allow ourselves to charge for the booking any time after the reservation is made. Non-refundable bookings are not refundable when cancelled.
