This is the oldest house of Old Charm Reykjavík apartments. It was built in 1898 and is the only one that has a name. It is called Sund.
Sund gives you exactly the taste of what Old Charm apartments are. The stairs, the chimney, the floors and the x in the ceiling is what keeps the old charm in the house alive.
The house offers a living room, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms, one is on the ground floor and two of them are on the upper floor.
